Shipping Information
All shipping done through USPS or UPS Ground (Your choice at checkout). All USPS is shipped INSURED with delivery confirmation. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Upgraded USPS shipping options may be selected during checkout. Typically, custom pieces ship within 14 business days. Ready to Ship items will ship no later than 5 business days from the time you place your order. If an item is needed by a specific date, please make a note in the comments box at checkout, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. During Holiday periods, your custom order make take a few extra days to process due to increased volume. You will receive an email once you place your order, detailing your estimated shipping date. You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
10-Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without custom engraving or stamping and in its original condition, within 10 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It is that simple.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
How To Return Your Item
To return jewelry item please do the following:
1.Email Silver Blush Jewelry at [email protected] or call us at 866-827-9891 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code and return shipping address. Please write this code on your original invoice and include in your return parcel.
2.Package Your Return. Include all original packaging material.

At Silver Blush Jewelry, your privacy is important to us. Well will not sell or distribute your information to any third party - period. Your credit card information is not stored on our server, as all transactions using PayPal are processed through their system. The bottom line is that we do not have access to your credit card information.
